Old habits die hard. Maybe this official worked with GoI before immigrating...

Why does this headline read as ”An Indian American did something” ?
Do we have headlines that read ” An Italian American did this” or ”An English American did this” or a ”Japanese American did this” or an ”Israeli American did this” ?
Why is it that the Press connect the nationality when it comes to any adverse incident by anyone from India or Pakistan?
Strange

Nationality apart, this case must have opened up a can of worms promting a rethink about the extent the people can go. As rightly pointed out by Madhuri, his action gives us a glimse of her being a government official which is infamous for such nuisances.
